Lgs 30th June 2003, n°196 - Italian Personal Data Protection Code, of the purposes and conditions of use of his / her details by GEBBIA SRL. as well as of his / her right to delete or update the data provided.
In compliance with the duty to inform on personal data protection, pursuant to D. Lgs n°196/2003 - Italian Personal Data Protection Code (hereinafter "the Code"), GEBBIA SRL. declares the following:
1. Data controller and Data processor
The Data controller is GEBBIA SRL., headquartered in via Siena, 1 Mantova (MN) C.A.P. 46100 (hereinafter "GEBBIA"). The Data processor, with regards to the management of the Website, is Gebbia Srl. Users may solicit the pro tempore Data processor's name, as well as a complete list of the Data processors, by making a formal request to the addresses provided below (see point 7).
2. Personal data used by the Website
Accessing and browsing the Website is free. There are, however, some areas which require a registration or some services which can only be used on condition that visitors provide their personal details (for example, users may be asked to provide personal details in order to receive a newsletter or to get in touch with the company etc). Should GEBBIA acquire any information or personal details, the company will pre-emptively apprise users of the purposes and conditions of use of such data, in accordance with section 13 of D. Lgs 196/2003. Where required, GEBBIA will take action to obtain the user's consent to the use of his / her personal data. For instance, the user may be asked to provide personal details such as his / her first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address and / or other information that may be required to use some of the services of the Website, by means of filling in a specific registration form. GEBBIA will use such data solely for the purposes specified upon registering. Connection and navigation data (such as URIs, the time of the query, the method used to make the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the code identifying the status of the response given by the server - success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system as well as the user's environment are solely collected in order to extract anonymous statistical information on the usage of the Website and to ensure its correct functioning - this information is immediately disposed of after its elaboration. Data may be used to verify liability should any cybercrimes damaging the Website occur. Personal details are otherwise cancelled once they have been used to supply those services on the Website which required such information. Providing personal details is generally optional. In some cases, however, avoiding to do so may result in the impossibility to access specific services and to be provided with whatever requested.

GEBBIA guarantees a legitimate and righteous use of the details provided on the Website, in accordance with the current regulations, as well as the absolute confidentiality of the data provided upon registering. All collected data is transmitted through a secure connection which prevents any external interception. Website security is guaranteed and certified by a leader Internet security services company. Data will be transmitted or disclosed to third parties only within the limitations and at the conditions explicitly indicated in the information note provided to the user each time it is required, at the user's discretion and subject to his / her authorisation.

7. Registered address of the company in charge of processing personal details
Data related to the services provided for by the Website are processed by GEBBIA's Marketing Management at the company headquarters, as previously indicated (see point 1).
8. User's rights
In compliance with section 7 of D. Lgs 196/2003, the user has the right to obtain from the Data Processor information regarding his / her personal details processing, including: 1) a prompt confirmation on the existence or non-existence of any details concerning his / her person; 2) obtaining a) the source of his / her personal details, their purposes and conditions of use, the logic behind their processing by electronic means, the identities of the controller and / or the processor(s) and of any other people in charge who may be provided with the user's details; obtaining the possibility to update, modify or complete details; b) obtaining the possibility to delete, make anonymous or block processed details if incurring in violation of law; 3) refuse, partly or totally, to have his / her details processed in order to receive marketing information, promotional or direct sales material or to take part in surveys or marketing communications.
9. Revision clause
GEBBIA reserves the right to revise and edit this Privacy Policy at any given time and at its discretion, without notice.
